| We got married 10/29/08 at Sandals, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. While we were looking for a travel agent, I had emailed quite a few for packages and details for Sandals in Jamaica. Sorry to say, I was disappointed by most that didn't want to deal with you unless you gave them your phone number, or wanted you to come in to their location. Well, due to work schedules and such, we wanted to gather information first, so we could make decisions. Then I emailed Mike, from Travel Haus. He instantly emailed me back. In fact, we had lots of questions and he answered every one of them. Some things he had to check on, and he still got back to us fast. After emailing back and forth for about 2 weeks, and had all the answers and recommendations we needed, we chose to use Travel Haus. Mike Schellhase, owner, was extremely helpful, and we were not pressured into anything. He gave us 3 different options and packages, and looked for the best deal for us, especially with limited funds to spend. The whole process went extremely smooth. He had everything lined up for us, all the marriage paperwork taken care of well in advance, and assured us we need not to worry as he was on top of everything. Then, one week before we were to leave, the charter airline we had been with went out of business, due to the economy. Unbelievably, Mike was already on top of it, and had us booked into another charter flight and it didn't cost us anything additional. The trip to Jamaica was very nice, and we loved being there. Our wedding went great and it was beautiful. We had a great room, and it came with Butler Service, which, we definitely recommend. The two butlers we had were awesome and made all the arrangements for us and helped us every day with anything we needed. We will never use any other travel agency.
