  • Upgraded Cpanel 11.32.0.1 and now receive UPCP error

    Upgraded to Cpanel 11.32.0.1 and now receive this error that gets emailed to me:

    Subject: Output from your job

    Email:

    upcp is not running.

    Can't locate object method "meta" via package "TAP::Parser::Aggregator" (perhaps you forgot to load "TAP::Parser::Aggregator"?) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Class/Object.pm line 94.

    I asked the great people at Cpanel support for help on this error, and this is what resolved it:

    Cpanel support fixed 2 perl modules, one being object.pm.

    They said:
    It was a bug that the Aggregate module was not being installed that has since been corrected by development, I ran the manual fix by installing it.

    So after working with 2 days with Cpanel Support, which has been awesome, they figured out the issue, fixed it and now how fixed it with Cpanel, so people should not experience it any more. Thanks Cpanel support!!

      If you receive this error, first do this:

      Try running the following command via SSH?
      # /scripts/perlinstaller --force TAP::Parser::Aggregator

      Then:

      # /scripts/checkperlmodules --all --force

      If all is ok, reinstall objects.pm perl module. If all else fails, Check in with Cpanel support.
