WebBar is a Potentially Unwanted Programs, or PUP, that adds a toolbar to the top of Windows desktop that stays on top of any application your using. This WebBar contains a search field that allows you to search Bing and generate revenue for the WebBar developer. It also contains a home button that connects to a search page using a built-in web browser that displays advertisements to other adware or PUPs that you do not want installed on your computer. Unfortunately, the program does not provide a method of disabling the toolbar unless you remove the program altogether.
