Wordinator is a program from the family of adware programs, which display advertisements while you are browsing the web. This program promotes itself as a utility where you can highlight text on a page and Wordinator will display the definition and related pages. The problem is that when this adware is installed it will underline words on web pages that you are viewing, which display intrusive advertisement labeled Ads by WD, Ad by WD, Sponsored Ad by WD, Brought by WD, WD Advertisement, or Wordinator Advertisements when you hover your mouse over them. The Wordinator adware will also display pop-up ads that appear in a new browser window or tab when you click on web site links. These advertisements are typically for other adware or potentially unwanted programs. This adware is commonly detected by security programs as Adware:Win32/InfoAtoms or Adware.Vitruvian.
