If Windows displays an error stating that The Requested Resource is in Use when you try to run a program, especially anti-virus or security programs, then you are probably infected with a Trojan called SmartService. This Trojan is designed to block a user from running various security programs, such as an anti-virus or anti-malware program, and also to prevent certain unwanted program's processes from being terminated.
