The Smumi.club says Popup is displayed on web sites that try and convince people to install unwanted chrome extensions. It does this by displaying messages stating that a user must install the extension before they can leave or that their changes wont be saved if they leave. If you encounter this message, you should definitely not install these extensions as they may hijack the browser's search engines or perform other undesirable actions.
