How to remove the IP Ninja PUP

IP Ninja is a potentially unwanted program that is distributed as a bundled offer with free programs you download from the Internet. When installed, the program will start and not provide any outward indication that it is installed on a computer. The only clue that it is installed is if you look in the Uninstall Programs control panel or notice a process called exitnode.exe is running.
