Storm Alerts is an adware program that displays a ticker bar above the Windows taskbar that shows weather alerts for your area. What is only told in the end user license agreement, though, is that while the program is running it will also display advertisements directly on your desktop. These advertisements will pop-up over your running applications and are a nuisance while you are working.
