OtherSearch is an adware program that injects advertisements into the search result pages of web pages that you visit. Whether these search results are from a search engine like Google or from a search on Amazon, OtherSearch will inject their own ads into the top of the web. Strangely, these ads are written in Dutch even if you are using a computer from another country.
Remove OtherSearch Ads (Removal Guide)

Strangely, these ads are written in Dutch even if you are using a computer from another country. When shown, the ads will be shown at the top of the page with a simple label of Ads X, which you can click on to close the ads.
These ads are injected into web sites by the use of a Layer Service Provider, or LSP. This LSP will examine all of the network traffic passing through your computer and be able to manipulate it as it desires. In this particular case, it will use the LSP to inject advertisements.
How was OtherSearch installed on my Computer?
It is important to note that the OtherSearch is bundled with and installed by free programs that did not adequately disclose that other software would be installed along with it. Therefore, it is important that you pay close attention to license agreements and installation screens when installing anything off of the Internet. If an installation screen offers youÂ*CustomÂ*orÂ*AdvancedÂ*installation options, it is a good idea to select these as they will typically disclose what other 3rd party software will also be installed. Furthermore, If the license agreement or installation screens state that they are going to install a toolbar or other unwanted adware, it is advised that you immediately cancel the install and not use the free software.
In my opinion, the OtherSearch adware was designed to generate advertising revenue for the developer, while providing no extra benefit to the user. With that said, if you find the advertisements annoying, I feel that you should remove it from your computer. You can use the following guide to remove OtherSearch for free.
