Y2Go is a potentially unwanted program that installs a proxy server and configures your computer to send all web traffic through it. This program will also install a certificate on to your computer that allows this program to potentially listen in on all of your network communication without your knowledge. This is shown in the image below, where you can see that Chrome is reporting that the Y2GO certificate is being used for the Chase.com banking site.
