Registry Scanner is a Registry cleaner that states it can optimize your computer and make it run faster by cleaning the Windows registry. When I tested this program, though, it detected problematic issues for registry keys that do not even exist on my computer. This leads me to believe that it may be providing false scan results in order to make a user think their computer has more issues than it actually does.
