The "Congratulations Amazon User" page is an web browser advertisement that states the visitor has won a special Amazon reward and that you need to spin a wheel to select your prize. When you spin this wheel it will ultimately say you won a prize and then prompt you to fill out a survey that includes your contact details. As it is unknown what these details will be used for or who is collecting them, you should avoid entering any information.
