SimplyWatch is a potentially unwanted program that allows you play various media files on your computer. SimplyWatch is promoted through web popups that state "Latest version of SimplyWatch is required to encode and/or decode (play) audio and video files in high quality. - Download and Install latest version.", which then prompts you to download the program. When you download and install the program, SimplyWatch may be installed along with other programs, which may be adware.
