Remove the My PC Mechanic System Optimizer PUP

My PC Mechanic is a potentially unwanted system optimization program states it scans for Windows for Malware/Pup Threats, System/User Software Issues, and Startup/Uninstall Issues. When My PC Mechanic scans a computer it will list a variety of detected issues, but state that you need to first purchase a license before you can fix them. The concern is that many of the issues that it detects would not cause a problem on a computer.
