The "Virus found!" fake scanner is a web browser advertisement that states that viruses are found and that should click Continue to perform a scan of the computer. When you click continue, it pretends to scan your computer and then prompts you to download a potentially unwanted system optimizing program to your computer. This page is simply an advertisement, has no idea what is running on your computer, and you should not download and install anything it promotes.
