The You should install the extension! PopUp is a new technique that program purveyors are using to push unwanted extensions on visitors. This technique is for sites to display a message stating that "to continue the work of your browser you should install the extension!". It then prompts you to install a Google Chrome extension. If you encounter this message, you should definitely not install these extensions as they modify the browsers configuration to perform undesirable actions.
