Image Downloader by https://sunnyextdev.com is a Chrome extension that injects advertisements into web pages you are visiting and opens new browser tabs to display advertisements without you clicking on a link. This extension describes itself as allowing you "to download images from webpage from context menu." While it may perform this behavior, it does not tell you that it will also display advertisements to the point that browsing the web becomes difficult.
